Absolutely! Our MMA Shillong classes are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to professional fighters. Our experienced coaches will guide you through MMA fundamentals at your own pace, ensuring you build a solid foundation in a safe, supportive environment.
For your first MMA class in Shillong, bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. If you have your own MMA gloves, hand wraps, or shin guards, feel free to bring them. Otherwise, we provide all necessary MMA equipment for trial sessions.
